Please note that, as our products are perishable and food-based, returns are not accepted once the product is opened, consumed, or tampered with. We follow strict hygiene and safety measures and hence cannot reuse or resell opened items.

Once the issue has been verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the shipment has been processed or is in transit, cancellation is not possible. For assistance, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
In the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, **Pahadi Achaar** will bear the full return shipping cost. For any other reasons, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
