Pahadi Achaar – Return & Refund Policy

At Pahadi Achaar, we strive to ensure that every product delivered to our customers reflects our promise of quality, freshness, and authenticity. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that, as our products are perishable and food-based, returns are not accepted once the product is opened, consumed, or tampered with. We follow strict hygiene and safety measures and hence cannot reuse or resell opened items.

3. Eligible Return or Replacement Cases

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit.
  • You received an incorrect or mismatched product.
  • The product has expired or is unfit for consumption upon delivery.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your product meets the conditions above, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order ID and date of purchase
  • A clear photo/video showing the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

5. Refund Timeline

Once the issue has been verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the shipment has been processed or is in transit, cancellation is not possible. For assistance, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

7. Shipping Costs on Returns

In the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, **Pahadi Achaar** will bear the full return shipping cost. For any other reasons, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
